Exchange Module Enhancement
- To enhance the Exchange module in 365Command.
- Development for automated gathering of exchange data for office365 user licenses, contacts, groups, roles for a tenant.
- Development of functionality for display, creation & modification of exchange data from UI.
- Performing tasks from UI like purging deleted users, getting recently created data, changing mailbox settings, edit mailbox folder permissions etc.
Challenge:
- Understanding of office 365 application, it' users, mailbox properties & user licensing.
- Mailbox folder names that we get are in different languages as per the mailbox setting.
Solution:
- We went through the documentation available. We did R &D on the Microsoft Office365 portal.
- We tested the folder permissions with many different language settings.
