Mr. Mahesh Kulkarni

Founder member of consulting business for BOSS International Inc., USA, Mr. Mahesh Kulkarni has 17 years of strong business and technical experience in the IT industry. He has gained a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Minnesota University, Minnesota, USA.

Mr. Kulkarni has demonstrated his expertise in diverse areas; working as a technical analyst and a business analyst; as Project Leader for multiple projects at Boise Cascade, Chicago, USA; as a technical analyst in Reliable Implementation at Neat Ideas, UK and Germany. He has worked on a wide array of platforms ranging from Windows to UNIX; from MS DOS to SQL Server.

He has traversed the entire spectrum, right from conceptualization of operations for BOSS International to generation and execution of business. He has written and modified complex programs such as Order Entry, Credit Check and Allocation, Pick ticket, manual invoicing, backorder release etc.

He brings with him a plethora of knowledge and experience in MQ programming, MQ series, EDI (Gentran) programming and API. He has demonstrated his proficiency in software development and has expertise for JAVA and Web-spheres on I-series and has graced many a seminars with his presence.

He has worked with some of the major global players like Midas International, Boise Cascade, U.S. Freightways, Meridian IQ, GanderMountain etc. all in the United States.  He has also worked at IBM Corporation in Rochester MN (the birth place of AS/400).

Mr. Vinay Deshpande

Another extremely senior person who serves on the management committee and is also one of the partners of Globalnest is Mr. Vinay Deshpande.

Mr. Vinay has a rich and diversified knowledge of the business operations.    As a mechanical engineer by profession, he brings a tremendous design, production, and marketing experience of more than 18 years to Globalnest. He has worked in large multi national organizations and has managed extremely high profile positions. His outstanding work has always been recognized by the companies and he has been awarded several times. He was responsible for managing the customer support of a company and has handled the service activity of around 12 centers all over India managing a team of around 50 sales professionals. His Project Management skills, vast business background and an unmatchable domain expertise in practically all business areas has been a tremendous asset to all the clients of Globalnest.  He has helped Globalnest clients achieve their targets by using a sound project management methodology and also has won the clients by his financial expertise. The clients have been able to adopt good practices and save a substantial amount by his valuable advice.

Mr. Vinay currently manages the entire business operations and marketing division at Globalnest.

Mr. Ramesh Joshi

With a rich skill set and major projects under his belt, Mr. Ramesh Joshi's job profile boasts of strong IT experience of 24 years, 12+ years of proficiency in AS/400 and first-hand experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle. He has been actively involved in conducting AS/400 technical interviews for HCL Technologies, Mumbai and Pune; System/36 Training program for Wipro, Bangalore; seminars on 'Introduction to IT' and 'Introduction to COBOL' for various companies. Managing projects, consulting in multinational IT companies, conducting assignments involving maintenance of AS/400 based applications, Mr. Ramesh Joshi, has worked with Philips, Satyam Computers, DSQ Software Hexaware Technologies, and Consult400- some of the biggest names in the IT industry.

We currently have a team of experienced AS/400 resources with a varied level of experience. This experience ranges from 2 to 10 years. The professionals are highly skilled in the AS/400 programming languages such as RPG/RPGLE/CL/CLLE etc. They also have a sound knowledge of ERP packages such as J.D.Edwards, MAPICS, MOVEX etc. The familiarity extends to different change management tools such as Aldon, Implementer, Turnover etc and case tools such as Synon, Lansa etc. The experience level does not stop at this point. The company also has a rich functional domain experience in warehouse, transportation, logistics, finance, retail, manufacturing etc. These professional can be made available for any project at a very short notice.
